Order and Payment Security:

    • Barraybon.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as payment methods.
    • For payment security, your billing name and address must match your payment method exactly. We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not comply with this or other security checks.
    • Online credit card transactions are transmitted using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology.

 

 

Differences in Payment Timing:

    • Generally, your card or other payment method will not be charged until your order is accepted and shipped. However, a pre-authorization (pre-approval) of funds may appear immediately upon placing your order.
    • For pre-ordered or customized products, payment is taken at the time of order placement or shortly thereafter and prior to shipment. This is a difference from standard products.

 

 

Details of Phone Orders:

    • The phone order service is typically provided through Barraybon Customer Service.
    • If a phone order cannot be placed or if you wish to use a payment method that is accepted online but not over the phone, a shopping cart will be created for you, and an email containing a link to this cart will be sent to you.
    • However, it is important to remember that the products in your shopping cart are only secured for you once payment has been received and your products have been shipped. In other words, creating a cart does not reserve the product.
    • This service is available 24 hours a day.

 

 

Special Product Categories and Management:

    • Pre-Ordered Products: Certain products that are not immediately available for purchase can be pre-ordered. Estimated delivery times will be communicated to you before you place your order and when your order is confirmed. Unless the product is personalized or perforated jewelry, you can cancel your order at any time until the product is shipped.
    • Register Interest: When a product is marked as “currently unavailable,” the “Register Interest” option may be available. No payment is taken during this process, and the product is not reserved for you. Size availability is also not guaranteed. When a product is out of stock, you can check the stock status at specific Barraybon stores using the “Find in Store” button on Barraybon.com, but this service is not available for all stores.
    • Online Exclusive Products: Products defined as “online exclusive” can only be purchased through Barraybon.com and are not available in any Barraybon store or authorized retailer. Customer Service can assist customers who have difficulty placing an order online by phone. These products can be picked up from your selected Barraybon store with free In-Store Pickup service (if applicable).

 

 

Labeling Details:

Products with the same product number may have different labels. However, there are no other significant differences between the products themselves. Unfortunately, it is not possible to meet specific labeling requests.

 

 

International Transactions and Additional Fees:

    • It is stated that international shipping is available and that charges are made in the currency of your chosen destination. If this differs from the currency of your card or payment method, the price will be calculated by your card provider and charged in your card’s currency.
    • Since all orders are placed with Barraybon Limited (listed as Burberry Limited in the source but adapted for Barraybon), your payment provider may apply international bank fees. Barraybon has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount. Therefore, it is recommended that you contact your bank before placing an order.

 

 

Customs and Tax Information:

    • Unless shipped to Russia or Canada, no additional import duties or customs duties will be charged upon delivery of your product. Orders shipped to Russia and Canada will be subject to customs duties upon import.
    • It is important to note that taxes on Barraybon.com orders cannot be refunded through the VAT Retail Export Program or any other sales tax refund program.
