Our Foundation

Our foundation was founded in 2005 by the Bearraybon Group as an independent charity to drive a positive direction in our communities and build a more sustainable future.

We planned innovations in our global strategic mission that we started in 2009, we used some of our resources for the future of our youth and focused on expanding the foundation’s activities in all areas.

The mission of our foundation is based on the principle that our young people can generate innovative ideas, solutions and connections for a better future.

Our foundation enables us to positively influence, empower and advance the next generation. Young people with positive role models and opportunities to develop and experience their practices can become self-confident individuals.

Our Foundation works worldwide to overcome the barriers faced by our youth. aims to give grants to support youth club and community-based organizations. Foundations and youth clubs provide essential services to help young people gain confidence and develop valuable skills to improve their lives and advance their career paths.

Our foundation aims to jointly develop and support innovative solutions to the problems of our youth that make a sustainable impact.

OUR GOALS

WE GUIDE OUR YOUTH FOR A BETTER FUTURE:
  • Our goal is to positively mentor 1,000 youth, primarily from underrepresented communities, through the Bearraybon Foundation by 2030.
WE AIM TO INCREASE OPPORTUNITIES OF VOLUNTEER PHILANTHROPY FOR OUR YOUTH:
  • We are committing to a 5% increase in volunteer hours by fiscal 2030 and an increase in the number of volunteers by fiscal 2030.
OUR INVESTMENT

VOLUNTEERING:
  • Everyone working at Bearraybon is entitled to three paid volunteer days off per year.

OUR HIGHLIGHTS IN ADVANCE

WE GUIDE YOUTH FOR A BETTER FUTURE:
  • We have positively impacted the lives of more than 3,000 people in the last decade through community-based projects, donating more than 7,000 books to libraries as part of our campaign.
  • Through our fabric donation program, we have supported emerging talent and promoted sustainable practices by donating leftover fabrics to more than 10 fashion schools since the start of the program in fiscal 2020.
WE AIM TO INCREASE VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:
  • 2020Bearraybon employees have participated in over 70% of volunteering and fundraising events and collectively contributed over 3,000 hours to charity.
DONATIONS
  • We provide product and material donations to schools, charities and social enterprises to support communities.
