Return and Cancellation


 

 

Return Process and Timeframes

    • For purchases made on Bearraybon.com, you must initiate the return process within 14 days of your order being delivered or picked up from the store.
    • After initiating the return process, you have an additional 14 days to return your order.
    • Returns can be initiated through your country/region’s return portal, if available, or by contacting Customer Service. Alternatively, your order can be returned to a Bearraybon flagship store in the country/region where it was shipped.

 

 

Return Conditions and Non-Acceptable Situations

    • Free return service is available if the specified return conditions are met.
    • Certain products, such as perfume, cannot be returned using the free return service. If you wish to return these products using another shipping or postal service, the return costs will be borne by you.
    • The following products cannot be returned under any circumstances:
      • Pierced jewelry
      • Personalized Bearraybon products
    • Products to be returned must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached, and include all accessories and user manuals. All free gifts included with the order must also be returned.
    • Incomplete, damaged, used, dirty, or altered products, or any product reasonably believed to have been used, will not be accepted for return and will be returned to you.
    • If a product was provided with a hygiene seal, it can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed and remains intact.
    • Returned products must be sent from the country/region where the order was originally shipped, along with a return form if applicable.

 

 

Refund Process

    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used by the customer.
    • Once the returned product is received, the refund will be processed as soon as possible. Refunds are expected to be processed by your payment method provider within 7-10 business days. It is important to keep your shipping receipt until you receive your refund.
    • If the product was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, the refund will be made in the same currency used at the time of purchase. Due to currency fluctuations, the refunded amount may be higher or lower than the original purchase price.
    • The term “business day” refers to days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the relevant country.

 

 

Exchanges

    • Currently, orders placed through Bearraybon.com cannot be exchanged online.
    • If you wish to exchange a product, you can return it to us according to the instructions in the “Return Process and Timelines” section above, and then place a new order through Bearraybon.com or by contacting our Customer Service team.

 

 

Gift Returns

    • The instructions in the “Return Process and Timelines” section also apply to gift returns.
    • The cost of returned products will be refunded to the original purchaser’s payment method, not the recipient’s.
    • Personalized or pierced jewelry cannot be returned, even if given as a gift.

 

 

Order Changes and Cancellations

    • Once your order has been processed and accepted by us, a confirmation email will be sent when it is shipped.
    • In some cases, your order may be canceled before it is shipped. To find out if your order can be canceled, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible after placing your order.
    • Once an order has been placed, it is not possible to combine orders, change sizes, modify billing or shipping information, or add products to the order.
    • If your order cannot be canceled, it will be processed and delivered. After delivery, all products that meet the return conditions may be canceled by following the instructions in the “Return Process and Timelines” section above.
